Vytautas is a Manager at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in product strategy and innovation. With over nine years of experience, he helps organizations shift from project- to product-oriented ways of working, build agile teams and embed outcome-based management. Before Deloitte, he worked as an Innovation Coach at DNB, where he developed governance models for innovation, coached leaders and product teams and designed training programs that strengthened product leadership. He is also co-author of Innovasjonsboka (The Innovation Book, 2023).
